How often should I get a massage?

Ideally twice a month but sometime that always can't happen so once a month is better then every few months. 


But massage is just to relax why do I need to come in twice a month?

Massage is for more then just relaxation, yes that is part of getting a massage but there are many other benefits to massage;

  • Reduce the affects of stress
  • Help with sleep
  • Relieve chronic pain
  • And many other benefits!
What should I wear to a massage appointment?

Comfortable clothing and shoes like what you would wear to the gym, no makeup (it will come off when you are face down), hair pulled back in a loose bun or pony tail.


What should I do before and after my massage appointment?

Before

  • Drink water, no caffeine will help you enjoy the benefits of massage 
  • Eat something light nothing too heavy or deep fried
  • Shower
After
  • Drink more water this will help flush out the toxins that were released during the massage
  • Relax do not do any vigorous activity's like working out, house work or any sports
I feel sick should I cancel my massage?

Yes! If you have a cold or the flu your body is already fighting the virus and massage can make it worse.

Yes I have a few discounts to those who qualify

  • Military/ First Responders ( Current or prior Military, please bring ID) 15% off
  • Seahawks fans (on Blue Friday only must wear shirt or jersey) 12% off

Yes I am certified prenatal massage therapist.
